The annual average temperature is about 23 ℃ / 73 ° F, with southerly winds from May to September and strong northeast monsoon from October to April. The water temperature is about 25-28 ℃ / 77-82 ° f throughout the year, and it drops to about 20 ℃ / 68 ° f in winter. When diving, it can be adjusted to leeward surface with seasonal changes, and can be dived all year round.
